Matt Hertig is the CEO, CTO and co-founder of Alight Analytics. Matt has been at the helm as Alight has evolved from a small analytics consultancy to a six-time Inc. 5000 honoree.

One of the biggest drivers of Alight’s growth is its technology solution, ChannelMix, the first data management platform designed for marketing. ChannelMix eliminates cumbersome data gathering by systematically combining online data, offline data, sales data and custom data sources, reducing the hours that marketers spend each day prepping data for reporting.

Before co-founding Alight Analytics, Matt developed an extensive background in CRM, database marketing, data strategy and business intelligence while serving companies such as American Century Investments and Payless ShoeSource.

Award-winning entrepreneur Michelle Jacobs is the president and co-founder of Alight Analytics.

Michelle has led Alight’s growth from a two-person consultancy to a team of 50. She also drove the introduction of our industry-leading solution, ChannelMix, the first data aggregation engine designed for marketing.

Michelle is responsible for helping clients like Maui Jim, Mattel, Hill’s Pet Nutrition and others maximize their digital marketing efforts through intelligent use of multichannel analytics.

Before co-founding Alight, Michelle drove marketing, advertising and web analytics strategies for leading companies such as H&R Block, American Century Investments, Saatchi & Saatchi and Toyota.
