Sales Development Manager
So what do you DO at Alight?
I handle all of our inbound marketing-qualified sales opportunities from the initial meetings to the sales-qualification stage. I basically build the pipeline and foundation for our sales team.
What did you do before you came to Alight?
Oh man, I have had several interesting jobs. Mostly sales, from roofing sales, to owning a publication and selling advertising, to building supply sales. I even worked at Critter Control. I have also held roles as operations manager for a trash company, so it’s safe to say I have had my hand in many cookie jars.
What do you enjoy about working with marketers?
I think I enjoy the people I work with more than anything. Even though I haven’t been here long, every day has been awesome, and I actually look forward to coming to work.
What do you like to do when you aren’t at work?
Spend time with my family, also hang out at my gym — oh, I didn’t tell you guys? I’m also a partner in a CrossFit gym.
What’s your favorite snack?
Double Stuf Oreos, because it’s not an Oreo if it’s not double-stuffed, and the Christmas and Halloween ones. Also, Haribo Gummy Bears, the ONLY brand.
What are you a ride-or-die fan of?
Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks and Bears.
Who plays you in the movie about your life?
It could be two people: Chris Evans or Jason Statham.
We’re putting you in Witness Protection. What’s your name, where do you live, and what do you do for a living?
My name is Jett, I live in the South Florida, and I am a professional Ben & Jerry’s Flavor Guru.
What’s your walkup song?
My walk-up song is “God’s Gonna Cut You Down” by Johnny Cash.
You’re allowed to pick one book that everyone in America must read. What do you choose?
“The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” by Mark Manson.
