KANSAS CITY, MO – Alight Analytics, a marketing analytics and data aggregation firm based in Kansas City, has today been named an honoree of the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2016 Best Places to Work award in the Small Business Category. This is the second time that Alight Analytics has won.

The Best Places to Work award highlights those companies in Kansas City that have unparalleled and successful office cultures.  Companies are nominated and ranked based upon input from their respective employees.  Staff members rate their companies based on team and manager effectiveness, retention probability, work engagement, and whether they feel valued.  Award eligibility is limited to Kansas City metropolitan area businesses with 10 or more full-time employees.

Award winners will be honored at a luncheon on Friday, October 14th.  Alight Analytics will be joined by hundreds of attendees, as well as 29 other award winning Kansas City area businesses at the Sheraton Hotel in Overland Park.  Additional recognition will be given to the top winners in each of the three main categories (small, medium, and large companies) at the award luncheon.

“It is great to again be named an honoree of the Kansas City Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award,” said Michelle Jacobs, Co-Founder of Alight Analytics. “My Co-Founder Matt Hertig and I have come to learn that creating an exceptional office environment is a necessary pillar of organizational success. We and our team are happy to be recognized for what we’ve been able to accomplish together, and it’s exciting to be in the company of so many other stellar businesses.”
