ChannelMix, Alight’s marketing intelligence platform, has added automated connections to four of marketers’ favorite platforms: Google Drive, emfluence, Hatch and ON24.
- Google Drive is one of the world’s most popular cloud storage solutions. Thanks to the new connection, users can feed their Google Sheets directly into ChannelMix.
- The emfluence Marketing Platform offers digital marketers a comprehensive solution for digital marketing. Users can now send their emfluence email data straight to ChannelMix.
- Hatch makes it easy for ecommerce brands to connect shoppers with online retailers and nearby brick-and-mortar stores who sell their products. The new connection will gather lead, order and other transaction data.
- ON24’s platform enables marketers to produce interactive, data-rich webinars. ChannelMix’s connection will aggregate information on ON24 viewers and their engagement levels.
To establish a link to any of these platforms, users should follow the on-screen prompts on the Connect page of ChannelMix Control Center.
ChannelMix collects, unifies and stores data from essentially any marketing, media or sales platform. When possible, Alight uses an API connection because that enables ChannelMix to pull data directly from the source platform.
If an API isn’t available, ChannelMix can take in data through automated email or secure FTP processes or direct file uploads.
